Changing toner cartridges (by 11 users)
I have managed to change the cyan cartridge because that was in front of the door flap. However, I also need to change the black cartridge but am unsure how to rotate the spindle of cartridges.

Instructions please on how to change the black, cyan, yellow and magenta cartridge toners for the epsom aculaser c1100 printer. I have no instructions with the machine and i have no clue how to chaneg them.

yep same problem as others. How do i select the black toner cartrdige to be changed. cabt work out how to rotate to the next cartridge, ta

ApprenticeHit enter button
Scroll down until you get to the "Change Toner M/C/Y/K" hitting the enter key when you get the appropriate letter.
This will rotate the appropriate cartridge to the opening!

I can't change any cartridges. When I get to the point where I can select which cartridge I want to change, I select it and the printer display reverts to "Print". It's like it's memory has lost its way.
