this sounds like a broken earpiece speaker you might be able to find a replacement one on-line and replace it or if its still under warranty send it back in and get it replaced

I have the reverse problem. Callers can hardly hear me.
I saw a setting in the headunit that allows you to specify where the audio plays for incoming calls. You can choose the Left Front Speaker, the Right Front Speaker or Both. Check the manual and make sure its set to both.

The solution was that after the chat was cut off and my money was gone with no soultion I decided to buy a new phone rather than take the chance of loosing more money on the internet. Please refund the $15.00 you took from me . Thank you R.M
I can't hear people that call me unless I put them on speaker phone. Called Motorola and they had me reset the phone but that did nothing. Any other suggestions?
Thanks.
