Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I can't take songs off the sansa c140. I hook it to the computer and only 30 songs show up (the last 30 I downloaded to it) but i have 130 songs on it. Want to get rid of some of the old stuff

Sometimes trying to delete the songs thru the media player/Itunes does not work
Try this solution:

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MUSIC FROM CDS ON MY SANSA MP3 PLAYER? LISA

To put music on your Sansa e250 you will do this: Download Windows Media Player 9 or 10 to your computer. I would use Media Player 10 as it is the newer player. After you download Media Player 9 or 10 open it up on your computer, and then hook up your mp3 player, it should be recognized by Media Player and then you can transfer the songs to it. You need to put the music cd in your computer cd player and download the songs to Media Playeer using Windows Media Player 9 or 10. I have also included a website where you can download the user manual, it will say e200, but the instructions are also for the e250. Good Luck, I hope this helps. Sansa e250...computer will not detect

If you are using a USB connector [that connects extra ports to your computer] it sometimes doesnt work... so if possible hook the USB sansa cable to the main ports in the back of the server. It might also work to hook it in, and then go to 'My Computer' and see if it shows up there. Good Luck =]

Sansa synch problem

Change the Rip settings in Windows Media Player to convert the CD to mp3 format and then re-synch it - it will work. WMP probably synched it as a raw CDA, which the Sansa cannot recognize.

Music files won't show up

Is your device almost full? The player needs sever MB's of space to create the database or menu, for you to navigate with. Try deleting some music, then restart the device. Best of Luck.
