Question about Epson Stylus Photo R300 InkJet Printer
No... sadly not... The printer protects itself from damage by now allowing nozzles to fire when they are empty of ink.
Many folks think that a particular colour is not being used when it's not obvious in the printout but as a general rule, almost all colours are being used at some point in any printout so the printer stops when a cartridge is empty.
It's a pain but a necessary evil I'm afraid...
