Question about Cooktops
If you enter the "Clean mode" then wait for between 2- 2 1/2 hours the lock mechanism should release. I'm not precisely sure of the time allotment. Use caution, the oven gets very hot and could cause you bodily harm. Thank you, Dana

Switching off the childproof lock
1. Press the ON key.
2. Then immediately press the Plus key of the cooking zone at the left-back and the Minus key of the cooking zone at the right-back simultaneously.
3. Then press the Minus key in order to deactivate the childproof lock. The "L" will go off.
If this doesn't work or you have a different model, please post back and I will let you know the correct deactivation method for your model.
