Spell check feature on facebook?

How do you turn on spell check when using facebook? My daughter's computer had the feature enabled, but it was somehow deactivated. She would like to have it turned back on and I can't find it anywhere. Her web browser default is firefox.

    While on facebook simply right click and left click on the check spelling box. It should work. Do this while you are sending a message or comment.

    It didn't work for me. I already had it set that way so I disabled it and then enabled it again. The only place it is not working is FB.

Use Chrome as your browser. Go into the tools and search for spell check. Make sure you set your language and turn it on. Works like a charm.

    If you haven't yet, upgrade to Internet Explorer 10. There is no spell check in Internet Explorer 9. To verify, I uninstalled and reinstalled both versions.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Cant find my new facebook account

Your daughter enabled the "Keep me log in" option. you have to log her account out first. to do this, on the top right of the facebook page, click on the Account and select "log out" from the drop down menu.

Try using separate user on your computer so you and your daughter won't share the same user. go to Control Panel > User setting > create a new user account

You might have enabled facebook security feature. Disabling the security might enable you to play the games again.
1) Go to Account settings
2) Go to Security tab.
3)Check if facebook secure browsing is enabled if yes then disabled it

Can you add the spell check feature to Facebook?

Facebook doesn't have it's own spell check. Google chrome does. Anytime you are in a text field (aka you are typing something on facebook or something ) right click in the text box and check out spell checker options.

Try using Chrome or Firefox, both do spell check on all input, VERY handy, and as well they provide correct spellings, like Word.

Hii wenever im trying to go on facebook site www.facebook.com this is what appears : Oops! This link appears broken.DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. I cannot open facebook site at all....

Hi, are you following a link in an email, typing it it by hand, or relying on a link in your browser?
A, The link may be broken (it's mispelled, or taking you somewhere else);
B, It may be that you've miss-spelled it;
C, The link may have cookies disabled. (some sites require cookies to be enabled on your computer).
D, go via link for more info:- http://www.buzzle.com/articles/dns-error.html

A, - ignore this;
B, double check;
C, go into your "tools", internet options, browsing history, and click on "delete". This will clear ALL your history, including saved passwords on sites that you use regularly - BE WARNED!!! Try Facebook again.
D, do what the link says (technical stuff)...

IF, however you are trying from certain computers (like at work / libraries), they may have excluded Facebook / Myspace / Twitter etc from being accessed, due to possible virus infections.

My daughter is on facebook instead of doing homework, is there a way for me to put a passwood on her facebook?

You could use a Router. A Router will enable you to stop certain domains from being accessed during specific times. Or it will stop specific computers accessing the internet completly during specific times.

In our household we use the same principle of Nuclea Warfare. Its called POWER of the BUTTON. If chores are not completed, the internet is turned off for the night.

I do not know of a way to automatically spell check built into IE*. If you use the google Toolbar, their Spell Check feature allows you to enable Auto Fix which may be what you need.
