Units drain by gravity you need 1/8 of an inch drop per foot of drain, units may also not be leveled properly, or look where drain terminates to see if it is a consistent drip, if not unit is not draining fast enough

Why is water pooling in the bottom of my refrigerator ?

Because the condensate is overflowing the tray designed to collect it for evaporation. If you have been experiencing lots of hot humid weather lately, the defrost cycle may be generating more water than normal.. Also make sure that the air flow under the unit by the fan is not obstructed so as to speed up the evaporation process. If tray is over compressor make sure compressor is nice and clean on top so more heat gets to the tray.

Water underneath

This is not unusual because of the self defrost. The ice melts in the freezer and runs down a tube into a tray on the bottom of the unit. IF there is not enough airflow or a lot of debris in the tray then it wont evaporate or have room for water and you get a puddle.

Unit runs all the time and water collects at interior bottom floor.

Is the unit cooling properly? Its a broken or misaligned water hose that runs from freezer to water reservoir for evaporation from compressor heat. Or there is too much humidity causing lots of water to collect inside and your unit is running all time, it can be a case of door not closing properly.

- Please check the door if its closing properly without any gap.
- Any broken pipe inside
- Chiller tray flooded or not in its position.

My frost free freezer has had a small puddle of water under the front right corner several times now. I unplugged it and let it defrost completely thinking that would stop the problem but it hasn't. Can...

There is a chance the water is coming from the drip tray and or the drain hose to the tray.
when the unit goes into a defrost cycle it is leaking from one of those places check and make sure the hose is in the drip pan correctly and that the pan is also mounted properly and level.

If there is is a lot of water in the pan you may need to check the door seals on you unit and make sure they are sealing properly.

If there is an air leak then the unit could have excessive ice build up and also be defrosting more than usual amounts of water.

Is there a tray in this unit to catch water if the unit was defrosted?

Yes, although you do not state which unit it is, all fridges have trays on top of the motor where the heat of the motor evaporates the water that accumulates from normal automatic defrosting. However, if you defrost by switching the refrigerator off, and there is a lot of ice, you can expect an overflow out of the front.

Coffee is not dispensing during brewing, water dispenses in the tray

There is a lot of things that can cause that. The first place I would look is the injector behind the brew unit. Remove the brew unit. The injector is the finger with the 2 orange O-rings on it. If it is loose it will not go through the brew unit, just into the tray.
If the boiler is leaking it will go into the tray and under the machine. Any other leak would be coffee going into the tray.

Window unit is not draining, tray is filling with water

Remove the unit from the housing. Using a special cleaner, called coil cleaner which you can purchase at any AC shop clean the coils, this should eleminate the problem.
