Energair 3B30E30B would be the brand. All you need to do, and those reviewing this post, is google the model number of most anything, this will in most cases bring up information about that product. In a general description: make, model and serial numbers are like identification tags and names on vehicles. Make being the brand name (Ford, Dodge, RCA, etc.), Model obviously being the name of that Make (comprise of letters, numbers or both) and serial numbers are like the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on your car or truck, each unit has one unique to itself. what im getting at here is you can look these things up just as if you were looking for an item for your car on ebay, the most important keyword being the model of your car. This strategy can be applied to almost everything that has a model number, simply enter the model number and/or any other keywords into any search engine like Google and there you have it, an internet full of information. Note: using too many keywords may not return any results, I would suggest starting with just the model number to be sure it can be found. I hope this helps.

Why can`t my compressor pump over ten pounds ?

You didn't state what model compressor you have so in gerneral: if you have no leaks, remove the air pump head to check the reed valves on the valve plate and the condition of the piston, piston ring(s) and cylinder. If the reed valves are broken or warped from heat they won't seal properly. If the piston ring(s) are broken or the cylinder is badly scored air will leak past the piston instead of compressing and going into the tank.

Compressor motor runs but does not make compessed air

Some of the things for you to check are for any leaks anywhere, the valve plate assembly, the piston and cylinder assembly and the con-rod. If you have any leaks that let air out as fast as the piston is trying to pump it in you won't get any compressed air. Check the drain valve on the bottom of the tank and the air line from the pump to the tank. If any of the reeds on the valve plate assembly are bent or broken they won't seal the way they need to in order to compress air. If the cylinder is badly scored or the piston rings are scored or broken the piston won't pump compressed air into the tank. If the con-rod is broke the piston won't work at all.

I have a 26 gal oille3ss air compressor model WL650703Aj. I will not pump up only to about 100 lbs, keeps running but will not register any higher pressure. Have no idea what to do about this problem

If you're getting to 100psi but not high enough for the pressure switch to turn the motor off, check the following:
Run the pressure up then turn the motor off and check for leaks at all hose, nipple, valve, etc. joints on the tank and pump. Watch the tank guage to see if you're losing air with the motor off.
Check the valve plate and piston & cylinder assemblies. If any of the reed valves on the valve plate are damaged or warped they'll let the compressor go about as high as you're getting then leak too much to go any higher. If the ring on the piston is damaged or the cylinder is badly scored the same thing will result.

Compressor won't build more than 30#

Most compressors that get at least that much pressure usually have a problem with the piston-rings-cylinder or the valve plate has bent or broken reed valves. Not knowing what make or model compressor you have, you'll have to remove the head and valve plate if so equiped and check them and the cylinder to see which is damaged and repair that.

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Craftsman-Parts/Air-compressor-Parts/Model-919165020/0247/0703000 This is the exploded view that I used.

67 head 65 gasket 64 reed valve plate 63 ring, this one goes under the reed valve plate 62 screw that goes thru the 61 piston 60is a ring that sets on the top of the connecting rod screw the piston with the ring into the top of the connecting rod then take the connecting rod end cap off and cover the studs with some rubber tubing. This will protect the crankshaft when you push connecting rod and piston assembly in to the sleeve that is seated in the block. The ring should be flexible enough to push into the sleeve,if not a bit of oil should help.Guide the connecting rod on to the the crank shaft.I hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa.com

Only builds up to 40psi

I am assuming you have check for line leaks, both on the compressor and your line out of the tank and the valve on the bottom of the tank is closed. This is usually a sign your valve plate is damaged, most likely a broken reed valve. If it's an oilless compressor it could be the wiper on the piston. Without knowing the model number all I can suggest is take the head plate off and check the valve plate. If all of the reeds are in place and not broken or cracked you'll have to check the piston.

I have a dewalt air compressor model d55155 will not bulte up any presure changed the cold start valve and the reed valves but not the reed valve plates it seemes like like now i have air coming out the...

If you have oil coming out of the oil fill and dip stick you most likely installed the reed plate upside down. Usually it says this side up or there is an arrow pointing up on the reed plate.
This is a good sketch of compressor and reed valve assy.

Usually the reeds are on top of the plate facing downward. If you have just a reed disc.. then the disc will need to be inverted.

Thanks for Choosing FixYa.

This is a no valve system / it has metal plates

That is what is called a reed valve, it only lets air go one way. If i remember correctly, the single finger will face up, so that the air can pump out from the piston into the tank
