You need to install first your sound card then the computer will automaticall find driver for your soundcard. if no driver that is compatible to this, a window will show if you want to search from cd, drive c: and so on. you may go to the device manager look for this hardware then update the driver

you will need to set up your sound card and drivers again
if your computer came with
a motherboard disk the sound drivers could be on it click start control panel
sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio
you will find 3 drop down lists make the necessary adjustmentsthere or click start control
panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound video and
game controllers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install
you dont have a motherboard disk you will need to download the sound drivers hope this helps

you can download he driver by searching in google. but to do so, you must know the device name and model of your sound device.
If you dont know the name. Use this Software.

If there is no sound card. Probably it was disabled the sound and maybe there is no really sound card was installed. To make it short buy a PCI sound card, turn off your computer and install the card to PCI slot and turn on your computer and your computer will detect that there is a found new hardware. Ignore it and insert the cd installer and install the driver of your sound card. If it's ask you to restart just restart your computer to update its system. In case that there is a built in sound on your computer check your motherboard model and search for the driver from their official website and download and install, if you download the correct driver it will automatically installed your sound and your sound will be working. install your sound driver, on MY Computer right click then properties then device manager, check if your sound card is not yet installed, then find the cd driver that comes with your pc, after that install the driver of your sound card from the cd, if you lost the cd download cpu-z to determine your sound card then download it online, or to its respective manufacturer
First connect your spearker to your computer - 1. check you have installed your sound driver in your computer. 2. If there is no installed drivers install drivers from *********** board CD. 3. If you attached sound card in your motherboard, install CD which you have sound driver card. 4. Another option for drivers download from Internet and install in your PC
If not Work: go to start - control pannel - sound & game controller - check sound balance
Go to "About this computer" in configuration option, and it should say what brand sound card you have. At any rate, the idea is to find out the brand of your sound card and then download the driver that corresponds to your computer model from their web page. Solution two would be to de-install the driver from windows (device manager in system configuration), and it should automatically reload the driver from WIN32 file backup when you restart your machine. In the same window, is an option that searches for most recent driver. you could try that as well. For example, mine is Realtek Audio. At the Realtek website, I can choose your driver according to your computer brand and model (i.e., Acer Aspire 5100). Same for any other device (ATI graphics, Celeron, Turion processors, Bison Orbicam, etc.)
can u install sound driver of your laptop if u have not install then install form the recovery cd or drvier & utility cd/dvd of your laptop its come with a laptop or if u have miss that cd then u need to download your sound driver
