Question about Aerogrow AeroGarden
Planted the herb garden last May. Basil did great but the rest didn't do well. Why? Also do I need to buy new seed pods or can I seed myself?
You can do either, if you purchase a new seed kit you know the varities have been tested and grow in an AeroGarden. If you plant yourself, but sure to look for small or dwarf varities and lean toward water loving plants.
What problems did you have with your other herbs, not basil?

right. Soft herbs such as mint, basil, dill and verbena are very delicate and
don't freeze well. Their flavor changes in the freezing process. So with those
herbs I just stick to fresh.
