Question about Bell Cocoon Child Carrier
Most likely the transformer which can be found by your fuse pannel, replacement of that is cheap and easy. If you replace that and it still dosent work, you might have to replace the bell. One way to test if it is the bell is disconnect it from the wall and attach a battery using some scrap wire to it, and see if it works. If it does then its the transformer, if not then its the bell.
