The striping usually means there is an electrical charge present there.

Schematic?

A schematic, or schematic diagram, is a representation of the elements of a system using abstract, graphic symbols rather than realistic pictures. A schematic usually omits all details that are not relevant to the information the schematic is intended to convey, and may add unrealistic elements that aid comprehension. For example, a subway map intended for riders may represent a subway station with a dot; the dot doesn't resemble the actual station at all but gives the viewer information without unnecessary visual clutter. A schematic diagram of a chemical process uses symbols to represent the vessels, piping, valves, pumps, and other equipment of the system, emphasizing their interconnection paths and suppressing physical details. In an electronic circuit diagram, the layout of the symbols may not resemble the layout in the circuit. In the schematic diagram, the symbolic elements are arranged to be more easily interpreted by the viewer.

How to find and change a fuse

Look around the area where the plug from the wall is connected to the power board, the fuse is usually in the same general area. It may be hard to identify if its not a regular type fuse. If its an electronic fuse its will be marked with a little schematic symbol near it. Look up electronic schematic symbols for fuses to find what it will look like.

Leaking relief valve on solar panel

I had to replace mine a few years ago. Just look on line. Search for pressure relief valve, or add solar. You will get a lot of responses. Comparison shop and buy. On line auctions work well also.

Hydraulic schematics

Sorry but it will be the cylinder. The oil is leaking around the worn seals on the ram or past score marks on the cylinder bore. It goes up because the pump generates more flow than the leak. It the relief valve was faulty it would not go up but by pass back to the tank.

Pressure relief valve blows at 80 psi. On a 150 psi valve

I had a problem with the relief valve on my compressor, too. I replaced it with the same value relief valve for short money (under $10) and was done. I suggest doing the same thing to yours.

Good luck!

Where is the power steering container located.

The power steering pump is a CB-series, vane-type positive displacement pump with an integral fluid reservoir. A pressure relief valve limits maximum system pressure, and is located inside the flow control valve in the pump housing; the relief valve is not serviced separately. The power steering pump is driven by the engine via an automatically tensioned drive belt.
