Water is cold

2 THINGS i WOULD CHECK ARE THE WATER TEMP SWITCH AND THE WATER INLET VALVE. LASTLY SOME MODELS ALSO HAVE A THERMISTOR U WILL NEED TO CHECK IT AS WELL.

TRY SWITCHING THE HOT AND COLD HOSES AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS,

READ THIS: The other item to check would be your water inlet valve. Check it for continuity with a multi meter it should show Ohms or a closed circuit. To test it when water is overflowing unplug the unit and see if it still overflows or continues to fill. If it stops when unplugged. Then it is not a water inlet problem but an electrical signal problem going to ur water inlet valve. Possibly from the panel or board. You can also do a live volt test to see if it is getting the full 120 current, but be sure to unplug unit before testing as this is a live test.
Also another trick to check the water valve, is to first cut the water off and remove the hoses off the back of the washer. Then one at a time point the hoses inside the washer tub and turn the water back on. If you don't have good water pressure, turn the water back off and remove the strainer that should be in one end of the hose. I

Hi I keep getting an error message "F27" on my

F27 OVERFLOW CONDITION
If the overflow contact on the pressure switch is closed for more than 60 seconds, an Overflow Condition occurs. In an
overflow condition, the door remains locked and the drain pump runs constantly, even if PAUSE/CANCEL is pressed twice and the display is cleared. Turn off hot and cold water faucets and unplug the unit before servicing.
1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check wire harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch, water inlet value, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Check/clean drain pump filter of foreign objects.
5. Check for drain pump failure.
6. Check the inlet valve for proper shut off.
7. Check the pressure switch for proper operation.

The washer leaked water. It is about 8 yrs old and was working just fine til tonite. It didnt leak from the supply hoses or drain hose, I tipped it over and the outside of the drum was wet like it...

If it looks like the water overflowed then it could be a bad pressure switch the way to test it out is just fill it with water and set the washer on small load if it continues to put in water past the small load setting then you have a bad pressure switch

Sometimes washer keeps running water & doesnt fill up. i have to unplug it for a few hours so it can work again...has happened on all cycles...what causes tub not to fill with water

water is siphoning out the drain hose ,drain pipe not high enough "must be 36 inchs"from floor or hose is inserted in pipe to far creating a suction situation ~once over the edge it cant stop...., may need a anti siphon kit on drain hose .

Unit is filling up half way or so and just keeps running, but will not fill up all the way almost like water is draining and running at same time

Tub keeps filling does not overflow.
Solution:
Drain hose must be 36 inchs above floor level to prevent siphoning.

F27 = OVERFLOW CONDITION

Did you inspect the filter for clogs I have seen this happen many times The filter is located behind front lower panel and can be white in color follow the hoses its before the pump. I have seen the filter clogged and give these type of symptoms

but here is error code F27 out of the maintenance manual

Water overflows...does not shut off when full.

Empty tub of water unplug unit and pull it away from wall about three feet, tip unit back and on right side of drum you will find a hose connected to it remove this hose and inspect it for clog,if no clog is found nipple end on drum is probably clogged"can be cleared with small wire".If this is not cause then presure switch in upper control panel is bad,"note if hose is not connected to drum that is cause".The pressure switch is connected to the hose and the hose can even be damaged with hole in it if this happens hose needs replaced the length of the hose is important to operate properly and should not be altered in any way.

Error F 09

ill include the offical "f 09" straight from the tech sheet, blah blah blah.. what i would look to be an issue ( find it regularly)if you remove the topo of the unit(3 screws across the back) in the back rigth corner youll find the "Pressure switch" sorta a reddish'brown circular box with a black rubber hose coming out the bottom, you can removeth hose and blow through it, id imagine tht half way down youll find a hole where it has rubbed against teh concrete counter weight, this hole in the hose is whats causing your "f09"you can cut the hose and replaceit, usually i fu\ind a small diameter plastic hose and splice it together, till i getthe replacemnt hose.
