Question about Maytag Performa PAV2200
When my washer is set on cold/cold cycle, the water that that fills up the washtub starts out as cold and then turns to a very mild lukewarm water. I thought I had a leaky hot water faucet and disconnected it from the washer. With no hot water supply hooked up, I am still getting warm water. Why? Does the washer have a thermostat to control the tempature of the water regardless of the supply?
