Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Console is not reading discs
it has benn cleaned
If this is still under warranty (3 years from date of purchase) you can send your 360 back to Microsoft to be repaired for free. Assuming it is not under warranty, it will cost you around $100 from microsoft to be repaired. Now, you can often find people locally to fix your 360 on Craigslist.com but be weary of who you let fix it.

Tips for a great answer:
Inspect and clean your disc Take a close look at the
bottom side of your game, movie, or music disc (the side without a label or
image). Are there scratches? Excessive scratches or smudges can prevent your
console from reading the disc. Clean your disc Hold the disc by
the edges without touching the top or bottom surfaces. Using a soft,
clean, slightly damp cloth, lightly wipe from the center of the disc outward.
· Note Use ONLY water to
clean the disc.
Once the disc is clean, load the disc into your
console and see if the disc plays.
