Question about SanDisk Sansa c150 MP3 Player

SanDisk - Battery issue

Hi ,
Recently i bought a new MP3 player SanDiak c150, it was working only just 20minutes then immediately goes off , i found there is battery problem
AAA Battery is used .Afterthat i bought a new battery that also persists the same.

Pls let me know how to charge the Battery or i would change the battery as Rechargable battery.

In that case I would recommend you to upgrade the firmware on the device...usually that solve the problems you are having...if you still having the same problem, try to see if sandisk can send you a different device....

My Sandisk Sansa C150 Menu is Frozen. How do I unfreeze it? The same song keeps playing over and over. I can't turn the devivce off. Except if I take the battery out

Try to reset your device by holding the power button down for 15-20 seconds or until it resets....If that doesnt help you get the latest firmware upgrade for your device...that should solve the problems you are having...

Try connecting it to the computer without the battery. If it shows up, format it. My Computer>Sansa c150>Right click and select format. If that doesnt work, you will need to call Technical Support for a firmware "rollback". SanDisk Technical Support 1-866-726-3475 Best of Luck.
