No rights using Facebook anymore...

This is a problem with Facebook. Because they have so many users updating a lot of things, the system can fall behind sometimes and lose comments or entire status updates. I've even had events go missing occasionally.

Give it a while (it ranges from a few minutes to a few hours) and the updates should start appearing again. Once i went a week without being able to update my status or change my profile picture, so please be patient, there is nothing you can do to resolve the problem yourself.

You should be able to read the comments etc in your emails however.

To send and receive chat, please make sure that your chat status is online.
This can be done in the lower right corner pop up by select the online status to on.

If you are not able to see who is currently on chat on Facebook kindly check if your status is offline.

Go to the chat at the bottom right of the facebook window .
Go to option and check if you are currently online or not.

If in case you are still having the same problem still ,try to reset your Internet Explorer.
Go to Internet Options.
Go to advance settings and click on reset.
Click on OK.

• Maybe he went offline. Click on the chat button on the bottom right. Then go to "Options" and press "Go online"
• Maybe he created a Friend list and went offline to that particular friend list. Click on the chat button on the bottom right. Then go to "Friend lists" and enable them all.
• Maybe he got blocked from using the chat feature. https://www.facebook.com/help/?page=41 . In that case a penalty time will be imposed and your friend wont be able to chat until that time is over.

Hi

I believe you disable it, click on the lower right corner and the chat status is disable. If still not working, try system restore and it will restore your previous setting. Go to start, choose accessories, choose system tools , choose system restore and choose the date that you knew it was working before.

i suggest contacting facebook on this issue, Currently they are having a lot of problems with the website as for some people the chat isnt working and for people like you cant do hardly anything on the website, i suggest calling facebook and they will investigate this for you, hope it goes well, Good Luck

the problem might be because your friend whom you are chatting  with might have blocked something in his settings area. you too check your settings area in your account. 

a usb dongle can be replaced, as far as facebook problems, that is on thier end and nothing you can do about thier servers chat being down..
