I have a Dell Dimension 2400 series that is very slow & freezes.

It sounds like you might have spyware on you computer. The two iexplore files might be spyware. I am not sure about the teatime.exe file but there is a file called teatimer.exe which is associated with the SpyBot software. I usually recommend Webroot Spysweeper software to remove and keep the spyware off of computers.
If you have software such as SpyBot I would disconnect the computer from the internet (after you update the software to the most current definitions) and boot the computer to safe mode. Log in as an administrator and run your software. This should pick up spyware before it has a chance to load.

Operating system error! (16236.203.235

The problem is with the Adobe Download Manager software that is installed on your computer. The company responsible for this questionable software is NOS Microsystems. The software seems to deactivate the flash plug-in, which was otherwise working perfectly, in order to force the user into upgrading to the newest version of Flash. If this behavior is the case, the sofware actually qualifies as malicious and should be removed from your computer.

Go to, Control Panel/Add Remove Programs and remove the Adobe Download Manager Software.

Further, click Start/Search/All Files and Folders and type getPlus in the file name line and hit the Search button.

Right click and delete/remove any files that have getPlus in the title.

Now go to this link and download the Flash Player directly from the developer site, instead of the usual web download location:

On the page, just below the first paragraph, find and click the link that reads:

Download the Adobe Flash Player 10 Update for Windows and Macintosh (ZIP, 44 MB)

Once you've downloaded the zip, extract the files and click into the main folder: flash_player_update3_flash10

Then click into the Players folder, then click into the Release folder.

In the Release folder, click and Run these two exe files in turn:

Install Flash Player 10 Plugin.exe
Install Flash Player 10 ActiveX.exe

Now you have the latest version of Flash on your machine.

Most users go through the hyjacking/forced upgrade without noticing any problems, but for users getting this annoying error, avoid downloading questionable software like the Adobe Download Manager, anything labeled getPlus, or anything from NOS microsystems.

Windows cannot find file csrcs.exe

File csrcs.exe is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32.
Program has no file description. The file is not a Windows system file. The application is loaded during the Windows boot process.
The program is not visible. It is an unknown file in the Windows folder. Program listens for or sends data on open ports to LAN or Internet. csrcs.exe is able to monitor applications, hide itself, record inputs, manipulate other programs. Therefore the technical security rating is 86% dangerous.
It simply means, "It is very dangerous"

Try these steps to remove it.

Click on START-RUN,
type regedit (it will open the registry editor)
Press Ctrl+F
type "csrcs" (without quotes) and click on Search It'll show you some results, where you'll find "csrcs.exe" delete it immediately.

Again do the same search you may see "explorer.exe csrcs.exe" , right click then modify and remove the csrcs.exe part (leave the explorer.exe as it is)

Hurray !!! you have removed csrcs.exe
Restart your system and see it for yourself

Don't forget to give feedback
