Intertherm furnace pilot won't light

I have an intertherm MGHA-090AAAPQ-01. I cannot get the pilot to light. I took of the pilot line at the control box and there is no gas coming out there. I tried it with every possible valve combination. I have no owners manual for the furnace

There should be a reset button in the upper chamer next to the fan motor. In the middle ,push in on the center red button to reset it, this tripps because it says I,m not gettig enough air flow due to a plugged or dirty fliter located on the front cover or door.

If there are two wires to gas valve check voltage between these two wires while the furnace is going through a start up if you never get a call or voltage to valve your control board is bad, if you are getting voltage ,your valve is bad

Intertherm gas furnace in mobile home..igniter comes on then nothing tries to fire byrners but nothing

by igniter I assume you mean the thermocoupler. are you turning the control button to run after you light the pilot light? Normally when those furnaces quit it is the thermocoupler that has quit. Get a new one and leave it in the furnace compartment as a spare.

Where is the flame sensor on Intertherm MGHA-070abfc-01?

There is no flame sensor per se, unless it has an ignition type pilot. Only temperature activated switches employed.

The limit switch to the left of fan switch is "Nordyne" part #626259. This switch is rated at140 degrees. When the temperature inside firebox exceeds 140 degrees, switch "opens" removing power from the secondary of 24vac xfmr.

The fan switch to the right of the limit switch is "Nordyne" part #626337. This switch closes when firebox temp reaches 115 degrees. Opens at 70 degrees.

At the top to the left of fan is a smaller limit switch, which is a secondary safety switch. The increased temperature within the heat exchanger box activates this switch. It is wired in series with the thermostat wiring.

Hope this info helps.

I have a intertherm gas furnace mgha-056abfc-01 the pilot light will not stay light.

If it's not the limit switch, perhaps the thermocouple or gas valve is defective.
Was there a gas outage?

My intertherm mgha is having pilot issues. The

The problem will be in what senses the pilot is lit. Either a thermocouple or maybe it uses an electrode and flame rectification. If it is an electrode you can try cleaning it. If it is a thermocouple you will have to replace it.

Wather heater will not ignite

You'll probably need to ignite the pilot light before it will allow gas to flow for the heater to ignite and warm the water.. Most controls have a Pilot position that you switch it to , than using a long match .. locate the pilot light in the access opening at the bottom and get the pilot light to stay lit.. Hope that helps...
