Dishwasher has power, but no water is flo...

This is most likely to be one of two things:
1. There is a small filter inside the coupling where the incoming water hose connects to the back of the machine. It's not unheard of for this to get so blocked water cannot flow at all. Remove the hose and the filter should pul out with fingers, tweezers or pliers. Clean under a running cold tap and then repalce.
2. The solenoid valve that controls the flow of water in to the machine has failed. If youre comfortable working on dishwashers or washing machines, this isnt too bad a job to change it out IF you can get hold of spares.

If neither of these is the problem, it's probably a fault with the control board. This will most likeley mean you'll have to call an engineer and expect a hefty bill !
