I have changed the batteries in my bluetooth mouse three times, but I keep getting the warning that my "batteries are critical". This has never happened before. Is there something wrong with my mouse?

Do you keep the mouse and keyboard on all the time? Do you have lots of devices around as cell’s, wireless, etc., all these devices make your device over use battery as it keep trying to overpower other signals around. Keep everything around your keyboard and mouse far away, turn off after use/between uses, keep the connections between the batteries and the unit, etc. just clean, clean, clean, when you get a new product everything is working perfect and then everything start to feels old and that what is happening in this case, the unit just got old (sorry used) and it is normal so do not worry about it, my mouse batteries I change them every 2-4 hours if I keep it on.

the bluetooth transmitter, unplug it and plug it back in, if that fails restart the computer.

If all else fails, get a tutorial on navigating using your keyboard to try update the drivers for your mouse

Batteries died so replaced them but now mouse doesn't work

Sometimes it's a button on the bottom, sometimes it's a switch to turn it on. Might also try unplugging the usb adapter or restarting the computer all together.

My dell keyboard with blue tooth connection

If there is no light on the Bluetooth keyboard it means there is a problem with it.

If the Bluetooth keyboard is not responding try to do the following:

1. Change batteries
2. Go to control panel
3. Click Bluetooth Icon
4. Delete the Bluetooth Keyboard
5. Click on Add new wireless device
6. Press the pairing device on the keyboard
7. Bluetooth keyboard will be detected
8. Follow the onscreen instructions

Hope this helps, Tried it several times and it works perfectly

Battery critical warning

Check with the manufacture of the mouse (the website) to determine if they have a faq covering it. Your alternative is save the battery and get a different brand of mouse. I am assuming your mouse is wireless by the way. FYI....the problem rate of wireless devices to hard wired devices is probably in the order of 5000 to 1. I use a hard wired mouse and keyboard.

LX7 Mouse False Low Battery Reading

I have found that sometime these Rodents seem to have a "Taste" for a certain "Type" of AA or AAA cell, one needs to get the Highest Discharge rate one can get. Often the "Brand" of Batts supplied are the "Only" ones that seem to work 100% alla time? I have had similar problems with customers B4, and I find the Varta series of battery to be great. & remember just because you bought them "New" don't mean the Batts are always "Fresh", get batts from a place that has a high turnover.
