When i take pictures they show with a pink color? i reset the camera to factory settings but still same pink pics advise?

This FE-340 Olympus is a great camera. Lots of features and usually great results
  • Indoor pictures with flash set on auto WB (white balance) should not be a problem
  • Indoor pictures without flash requires setting the WB to match the light source in the room (incandescent, florescent etc) Outdoor pictures WB on auto generally not a problem

I have a LG 37LC46 lcd tv. Power is going through the set but no picture. Just error message "not programmed" and then blank screen. Happened very suddenly please can you help?

When the screen goes blank, dim the lights in the room. Take a bright flashlight and shine it on the panel. If you see a faint picture, you have a backlight failure

Hi i have got lcd tv there is sound coming but there is no screen

Most often this is caused by a screen backlighting failure.

The screen is lighted through from the back by thin cold cathode lamps, similar to flourescent bulbs. When these do not work, the screen is black- ther is actually still a picture, it is just not lit up...otherwise the set works normally with sound, etc.

If under warranty, take it back ASAP. If not, a good repair center can diagnose the set and either replace the bulbs or their power supply- whichever your set needs.Get an estimate first!

My Canon G11 - most indoor pics have a strong yellow-orange hue. What can I do to correct this or is the camera broken?

Light from ordinary light bulbs has a strong yellow-orange cast, which our eyes tend to adjust for without thought. Check the white balance setting on your camera. This is to adjust the camera for the color of the light, to try to make white come out white, hence the name "white balance." Set the white balance to incandescent (light-bulb icon) for indoor shooting under light bulbs, or to automatic to let the camera take its best attempt.

Try experimenting with the white balance setting. Taking pictures in bright sunlight with the incandescent setting will give your pictures a very blue cast, making things look a little colder. There are other settings, such as flourescent.

My kodak easy share indoor pictures look fine when

Are the pics fine when printed?
If so I wouldn't worry about it since KODAK no longer repair this cam. model, but instead recommends an exchange.
You can get an exchange to a brad new model for the same money as a regular repair, but if you're happy w. your model then you might want to live w. a darker LCD. You can adjust the brightness of the LCD within Cam. Settings.

Blurry pics indoors

1. you could try it with flash, but the lighting in the picture would look artificial, won?t reflect the interior of the building as it really is, and the flash will cover only near objects leaving the rest dark, and we?ll be missing the point. 2. recommended ? place the camera on a stable platform(table, chair, shelf etc in lack of a tripod), adjust its vertical angle by placing some flat object under the front side of the camera, set it to auto or a preference to slow shutter speed(usually 1/60 to 0.5 of a sec according to the lighting), set timer(most cameras only give you about 2 seconds) in order to avoid vibrations during the picture taking. 3. you should avoid using more then 50 to 100 ISO, more will give you a grainy effect. You are promised a sharp picture with life like colors that looks real.

Poor exposure when using the flash

I read in another Toshiba forum where some users were putting a small piece of electriacal (black) tape over the flash sensor, and their indoor photos with flash turned out spectacular, since it allows the camera to apply more light . Actually fools the camera but it works. You might want to experiment with it..
