Question about Sharp AQUOS Blu-ray Disc Player
Test using more BR movies. If the problem is only on Taken, then the BR movie is using a compression format not supported by your BR. In that case try updating the BR player.
If problem is on more than one BRD , then the Sharp has a defective lens.
In either case , the first thing to do is calling Sharp at the number listed on the user manual.
