How to print 11 X 17 documents using a Kyocere CS 2550 printer

I am unable to print nor am I able to copy anything bigger than 8.5 X 14. I am trying to printer a "ledger" size document that is 11 X 17. In "print preview" my document shows perfectly but when I send it to print, only about 2/3 of the documents actually prints.

Use this method:

[File]
[Print]
Select the printer from the list and click on [Properties]
Change the "Original siae" to "11x17"
Change the Output size from "Same..." to "8.5x11" or "8.5x14"
[OK]
[OK]
