Wont charge or turn on

There two possible hardware problems those are, battery and the system board. Try to isolate the problem by using other charger, if that charger is known good one, and there is a light on the device, then the battery is not holding charge and needs replacement, but if there is no light at all then it is the system board for replacement..better buy new one if you have no warranty anymore. if have problem on other charger. try to plug in to usb cable to your PC.

My computer wont charge the light just flashes?

Depending on how old the computer is, you may have to replace the battery. Laptop batteries can only be charge so many times before they wont charge anymore (usually only a few years)
