The device that you are using it not recognize by windows. This is mostly the case when a device driver is missing. To fix this problem go to the device's company website, search for the device and download the drivers to match the Operating System that you are using. Of course you may also Google search device name follow by drivers download. Any way you choose the device driver is needed.
