I´m having a problem with the dispenser drawer of my whirlpool AWM 049 washing machine. When the wash is complete, most of the powder is still in the dispenser drawer and the softner drawer is full of water.

you have a blockage in fill hose / dispeser to drum remove soap drawer and clean check hose..good luck
