Refresh all the connections to the motherboard and clean the RAM like shown in the image below.
If nothing happens, reset the JCMOS1 (highlighted in the image below).
Shut down the PC first and remove the power cable connected to the power supply. Then change the jumper settings from 1-2 to 2-3 for approx. 10 secs. restoring the jumper to original settings (1-2). Connect the power cable and turn on the PC.
