Removing the battery does not always fix your issue. Some computers have ic chips with redundancy built in to prevent theft and to protect sensitive data. If removing the cmos battery does not solve your problem you may have to send your computer in to a reputable shop so they can fix it in house. Check ebay for bios removal store fronts and email the sellers to see if they can fix your machine.
The easiest way is to remove the cmos cell that allows the bios to save the password
when u remove the cmos cell all the default settings of you laptop will come into effect hence removing the password
cmos cell is located inside the laptop on the motherboard
