Question about SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player
I have a sansa 2gb mp3 and when i attach it to my computers (i have tried on 3 different computers) my computer makes the noise saying it recognizes it but i cannot find it anywhere on my computer. It will also not charge while attached to the computer so its like a ghost usb. Please help!
First, try a soft reset. Do this by pressing the center button and the up volume button simultaneously and try turning it on. If that does not work for you, you will need to get a micro sd card (it can be a dummy) and insert it into the slot on the side of the mp3 player. If you do not have one, you can use one of the round edges of a paper clip (be careful) to get it to come on. When you put either in, it should come on automatically, but if not, just press the power button. This should work.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
