How do I set this timer Intertek 3075048 Model #YL-13M-1

Timer not identified via google search or image search.
Attach photo to identify timer
Otherwise this model number seems to be a fixya invention, or older timer that pre-dates internet

Grundig TV turns itself on

Remove power for a day and see if the processor resets. It seems to be only due to the timer as the TV can be triggered only from the internal timer to power ON.Try and reset all the timer settings , switch power off completely and it must cancel all settings.

Explain in plain english how this works. Set time on face rotating dial clockwise.. push in pins to on and off positions. It seems to screwy unless timer runs counterclockwise, Set time at 5:30 AM amd go...

For starters, disregard which way the timer runs. Push in the pins for when you want it to power your lights. Turn the dial to set the time of day that it is now. That should be it.

Can't seem to figure it out. Directions are not specific enough. We set "the time now", but the white/AM, dark/PM is weird. Please help w/ directions. We need the light for chicken house. Light on 5:00 AM...

What kind of Woods timer do you have?

Is the dial turning? The dial is the clock. And the clock needs electricity to work, just like alarm clock. If dial is not turning, the wiring is not right.

Does the manual override turn on the lights? Maybe the slider switch set to OFF? Set slider to "Timer" for timer functions to work.

Wall timer:
If you have 59017 wall timer, it has dark PM white AM. You rotate dial until correct time lines up with little triangle located on right side of center knob.

There are 48 plastic pins on dial ... when pins are moved out, the lights are off. For timer functions, set slide switch to 'Timer'
Correct wiring is needed for timer to work:
Timer black attaches to Hot wire from breaker box
Timer red attaches to wire going to Load (lights)
Timer white must attach to white Neutral (or if your box has no neutral, connect white to bare ground)
Timer green connects to bare ground

If wiring seems right but dial on front of timer is still not rotating, then reverse Timer red and Timer black and see if that sorts out problem.

If this is wrong Woods timer, please re-post question.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAVE COME ACCROS THIS PROBLEM..........TIMER SEEMS TO WORK BUT WHEN THE TRIP GETS TO THE SETTING IT DOSEN'T SEEM TO HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO OVERCOME THE TENSION OF THE CONTACT...

The clock motor has gotten weak, and is overheating and will stop working.
Buy cheap plug-in timer, set power pack to override, then plug power pack into cheap timer.

I have an Amana TG21VW refrigerator and it seemed to have trouble turning on until you reset its built in timer. Thinking that the timer might have a problem, I got another compatible timer and put it in....

it seem like you are stating 2 different things here and if you saying you are setting you thermostat setting for the frig and it runs and runs then the defrost timer will not solve this problem it is the operating thermostat that needs replaced not the defrost timer its the one that turn on the frig when you select a higher #

Dryer spins, no heat, timer does not seem to function

Your timer mechanism is damaged. this will happen if the timer motor is faulty. it will not advance the cycle correctly. replace the timer/control asap. Please rate and have a great weekend:)
