Question about Konica Minolta Magicolor 5650EN Color Laser Printer
I have been using a Konica Minolta printer 5450 to print out a variety of yellow and red images. I recently got the Konica Minolta 5650 to print out the same images. However it is printing the images at a lighter shade. I can't change the colour on the file so my only option is changing a setting on the printer.
The paper that is being used is glossy.
Can someone help by telling me what settings I need to change on the 5650 that alters the shades of colours?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This needs to be setup through the computer using the printer properties, not through the printer. You will need to be the local admin to make the changes. You may also have to go under advance and manual specify the tray and component types. The printer will not allow you to set options for trays and components that are not enabled or detected. Let me know if you need a step-by-step.
