Question about GPS
This can be caused by a defective battery or a software issue, there is nothing on this GPS that is owner repairable, you can't even take it apart without the special tool to split the case halves, Garmin has an exchange program, you sen the unit in and they send out a refurbished unit, very short turn around time. Before you u send it in try resetting the unit, there is a button inside a ting hole to do this, it is clearly marked, if that doesn't work u will need to send it in for exchange. here is the web address for Garmin support.
