Cartridge Error 50C
Your print cartridge has shorted.
If it does not repeat steps 1-3 and then go to step 7.

Contact lexmark for replacement carts tell them that you have a error 50c and have not used the carts at all they will ushally send you new ones very prompt and quickly.
