Problem for Samsung S760 Digital Camera

I have a Samsung S760.
Whilst on holiday the camera started bleeping, and whilst it wouldstill take photos the on/off mechanism would freeze; i could restart only by taking out and then reconnecting the batteries.
Since then photos are almost white-out, with horizontal lines, and it look as if the lens does not fully close/open

this is a technical problem....do try to reset factory setting ..well if it doesnt work contact your dealer
