Turn power switch on right rear of machine off. Hold down the 1 and 9 keys while turning the power switch to the on position. There will be a cascading cursor run from the top of the screen to the bottom. May take a while to scan HDD. when it is finished turn off and then on again.

E000602-0413 QUE ES ESTE PROBLEMA NO ENTIENDO CUAL ES LA SOLUCION

A E000602-0413 code means that the hard drive has crashed or it is failing. You will need to have the hard drive replaced or have it reflashed, but the flashing will only be a band aid. Good Luck

My image runner 5570 was serviced and now it makes clicking sounds. The clicking doesn't happen while printing. Any idea what the problem may be?

Is the clicking noise when the copier at idle, not making copies? If so, it sounds as if the fuser main drive gear is broken ( cracked ). It happens alot on this model. The part number is FU6-0736-000. This may have to be done by a qualified tech. The break down of the fuser is something a lay person shouldn't try. Good Luck

Canon PIXMA 530 grinds away

I had a persistant grinding noise about 30 seconds after the printer finished printing. It's been going on about 2 months. I did one thing which seemed to work. So try opening the cover on the back of the machine by lifting upward on the gray lever in the middle of the back of the machine. Leave this cover open during and after printing. The grinding noise went away.
