The light switch must be replaced the contacts inside have broken and are stuck in the on position, I don't believe there is a relay for the parking lights if there was I would say replace the relay, if you can't afford the light switch repair you can remove the fuse for the parking lights and run two wires from either side of the fuse slots and hook up a toggle switch just be sure to get a fuse wired up in line with the incoming hot wire to toggle switch, this suggestion effectively bypasses the light switch mount the toggle somewhere either under dash or near center console by drilling hole to accomidate toggle.

YOUR LIGHT SWITCH HAS GONE BAD. WHEN YOU TURN OR PULL THE SWITCH THE FIRST CLICK IS THE PARKING AND TAIL LIGHTS. GO TO YOUR LOCAL JUNK YARD AND GET A OEM REPLACEMENT OFF ANOTHER 1994 BUICK LESABRE. I SEE THEM ALL OF THE TIME HERE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JUNKYARDS. ANOTHER OPTION IS TO BUY A USED ONE ON EBAY FOR $25 (OR BEST OFFER) CLICK ON THE LINK:

My front and rear parking lights stay on. I have to pull the fuse every time at night so not to drain the battery.

Replace the headlight switch. The button on the switch is not turning off all the way.

Dash lights and running lights dont work

At the instrument panel fuse block, check 15A fuse 10 (indicators). In the relay center, check 10A fuse 8 (speedometer).

For "back lights" problem: At the left underhood fuse block, check the 20A HEADLAMP BREAKER. At the instrument panel fuse block, check 15A fuse 6C. Both of these supply power to the lamp control module. If you set the park lamp switch to the on position, the tail part of the tail/stop/turn lamps should light, the separate tail lamps should light, the license lamps should light, and the rear marker lamps should light. If any of these don't light check for burned out lamps, bad sockests, and bad wiring or missing grounds (black wires)

1994 Buick LaSabre, great car, except for headlight/parking light issue. Went to party got out of car and heard bing, bing, turned it off, dash lights went out, I didn't think another thing as someone was...

It sounds like you have a bad light sensor for the auto lighting feature. When you are ready to exit the vehicle, first turn the lights off and then turn the car off and that should provide you with a quick fix.

My 1994 Buick Lesabre's parking lights sometimes stay on after the headlights and ignition are turned off. I feel like it is a sticking relay, but I don't know which relay to replace. Can anyone help me...

It could be the stop light switch located underneath the brake pedal. my car does the same thing, but its usually a 10-15 dollar part and easy to replace!

1995 Buick Lesabre

Left of the two headlight buttons for headlights and parking, there is a vertical slider. It's labeled Twilight, meaning twilight sentinel that keeps the headlights on. Move it down and that shortens the on time to about 5 seconds. If you are sittting with the headlights on and want them to go off, push it to the bottom and it turns the lights off immediately. They will turn back on when the car is put into park.

Move the slider to the top and they should stay on for about 5 minutes. BTW if you just leave the headlight switch pushed in (if you're doing it manually) the car turns everything off in about 10 minutes--inside lights, radio, lights, cigarette lighter power (unless you moved the fuse in the underhood fuse block to make them stay on permanently).

You also may not know that if you are driving or sitting and want the headlights off but the parking lights to stay on, push the Parking LIghts button. That turns the headlights off. I didn't find that for a while because our 98 LeSabre didn't have any way to turn off the headlights while cruising through a Christmas display scene in a park where many people turn off the headlights to help the effect of the colored lights. Headlights won't turn off.

I had the same problem and changed light control module and now it works. It is above the swing down fuse panel under the dash on the driver side. Swing the panel down and you can slide it back a little and it will release. You can get these from a junk year for around $10 or less.

Parking lights on 1994 Buick lesabre

sounds like a sticking relay... check the relays for either parking lights or headlights.... i believe that model car also has a timer to shut them off after a certain time automatically.
