Question about LG RZ32LZ50 32 in. LCD Television
Hi, I got this really good deal on a brand new sealed in the box LG LCD TV (without warranty). I unpacked it, installed and switched it on. What I see next just blows away all the excitement and anticipation and now I am stuck with a TV with a think pinstripe vertical blue line in the middle. The seller wont take it back. Is there anyways by which I can fix this problem?
Appreciate your time and thanks in advance.

I work for a auth LG service center and each time I have had this symptom we had to either change what called the T_CON control board or the Plasma display panel itself. You need to cocntact LG @ 800-253-0000 report your problem and they will find a service center in your area you should have 1 year warranty parts and labor.

I had same problem - no picture, but sound worked - LG 42PC3d - was two months past warranty, but LG agreed to fix it as a warranty call. Service guy was out within a week to replace the Z SUS(?) board. Works fine now. This must be a typical problem, as LG did fix it, even though the warranty had expired. Good luck.

Try One of your working TVS and connect it to your cable outlet of the TV that is having problems. If that TV Does not work then there may be a degraded fitting or the Leg coming of the splitter to that outlet could have a Low Signal Problem
Next Take the First TV that was not working properly and put it on the cable outlet of one of the TVs that is working properly and if the TV set works on that Channel then you know it is not your TV that it must be the cable

This problems it is the causes by the board that call the T-CON decoders board, this board sit at the bottom in the middle of the LCD screen panel. This T-CON decoders board is started dying to causes these problems or the fibers opotic cable connections is loses or frail damges to causes slightly signal tranmittion from the T-CON decoder board to the LCD screen panel.Just used the tv,when the problems is there for good.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish T-CON decoders board for the replacement.
