its the software problem of ur cell. jst go to care centre or the cell repairing center and ask for change the software version of ur cell

Hi, did you ever did update? Use Nokia PC Suite. I'm sure there is update for N72. You can check your fware version typing *#0000#. Then go to Nokia website and check if there is an update. You'll need product code which can be found under battery on white sticker.
