If you are saying that monitor is working only that it has " no signal" or display? But also processor heat sink fan is running?

Well if that's the case, the probable cause would be memory card dirty contact or faulty. Try reseating it or clean it using a gel eraser. How?
Power off the unit, detached the AC cord from wall socket and UPS if you have for complete power isolation, take the side cover, touch the bare metal of the case before proceeding to take out the memory card. Reseat or clean, Assemble in reverse. Then power it up again. If still not have a good working RAM card on hand or take the ram on the next memory slot with same socket spec.

It should work now. If not you gonna use the "minimal component troubleshooting"

Follow CPU FAN and the temperature of the CPU from BIOS under the PC health.Or you can change the RAM if you have a spare .Some times CPU FAN or HEATSING base broke ,so you should check the base of the CPU FAN>You can open the cpu and apply correct heatsing paste.

Motherboard display problem

Hear some any beeps to your motherboard. If your hear this beeps then motherboard will identify what is the loss connection of trouble of your MOBO.
If you don't then have to remove tor clear the CMOS by removing the Lithium Battery in it.

Im gonna take it that "yup i'm hear the any beep" means you do hear a beep.

So first If it has an onboard vga card. remove the second vga and hook the monitor up to the onboard and try to boot.

Second try the Power Supply, make sure whatever power supply you use has enough to handle all the equipment in the unit.

If those two don't solve the problem, then you have a bad motherboard.

if your monitor is working properlly,then you should check the following things:-Remove ram and start the computer. If it gives you any beep then your motherboard is all right.And if not,then it's time to buy a new motherboard.

have you thought about changing the battery on the motherboard, also checking that the fan on the cpu is seated properly with enough heatsink paste as both these issues will stop the pc from booting
