How do I hook up a G wireless router to my h/p

The usual setup is to connect your internet cable or dsl model to the WAN port on your wireless router. any devices that were formerly connected to your cable/dsl modem then get connected to the LAN ports on your router. You will need to connect to the wireless router via etehrnet cable the first time in order to setup your wireless connection, it's usually a simple setup following the prompts.
