Maybe they mean that the mobile memory is full, beacuse it usually is just a few MB big... While your Memory Card has lots of space... Try to check where you save stuff, and make sure it is in your Memory Card and not the mobile memory =)

Re-format the phone memory (#7370#) or just do what I do all the time; press the ON/OFF button on the top of the phone ONCE, then toggle UP (or DOWN, which is slower) to get to show REMOVE MEMORY CARD (don't remove the memory card, just select the option, and it will close all open applications, which you don't realise are still running.
I do this all the time the kids use the phone for gaming, and just exit the games using the red button, which leaves the game application open!.

Turn your n73 off. Then hold the following keys down while it's booting back on. (green+3+*.) Do not let go till the menu asks you about your location. This will COMPLETELY reset your phone memory back to factory default, making it brand spanking new.

Just check the available phone memory using file manager or any file explorer. If still you find that there is enough space then mostly some application is running in the background which is eating your free phone memory. Check that using any task manager and kill or uninstall that application. This will surely solve your problem.

Goto menus-select memory details-phone memory. Verify which is equipped with more memory. Check whether your have blue tooth transfered data in your inbox which utilizes more phone moemory. if blue tooth data present in the inbox then transfer those using file explorer. Else Back up your phone data to the memorr card. Format your phone memory..
