I am getting the F1-8 error code.
It starts beeping after the oven cools down. Starts with the "standard proofing" error, then moves onto a constant beeping with the F1-8 error code. This happened 9 months ago, and I had the control panel (I think) replaced, now I am having the same problem.

Obviously it does not work fine. The thermostat sensor or the stat itself could be an issue. Can you see the sensor 'bulb'? Clean it with oven degreaser and steelwool. What is the temp in the oven with a 'oven thermometer'? Is this consistent with the oven readout?
replace the entire range: Jennair does not know how to design, make, or program electronics. It makes steel boxes that provide heat but electronics - that's not within their ability. Buy a Kenmore or a GE and your beeping problem will go away.
I have a jenn air SVE47600F.It just started beeping and giving a code 7.None of the controls work when it brings the code up,but controls work fine when code is not there. We have to turn the breaker off to reset it.Sometimes when we have been gone all day we'll come home and the range will be beeping and flashing a code 7
I have a jenn air range gas cooktop electric oven model # svd48600b the convection fan will not turn off and when you attenpt to use oven an error code F-3 appears and beeping sound what part is defective?
Look on the back of the oven for a tech sheet. This will tell you what these codes mean. It may be the oven temp. sensor that is bad and they are easy to replace. Sometimes they check ok at room temp. but fail at higher temps. and will shut the oven down. The temp. sensor is usually in the upper left hand side of the oven and looks like metal probe about 6-8 inches long. Hope this helps.
