Yes. You have to contact VERIZON or another cell phone dealer and ask them for the number to LG or what ever company your phone is made by. In my case it was LG and they sold me a replacement cell phone camera lens, with special glue, for around ten bucks. It was mailed directly to my house.

Crack on camera lense

There isn't really anything you can do to fix a crack on the camera lens unless you are able to replace the glass or send it in to be fixed/replaced.

There is a cracked viewing lense.

What kind of camera is it? on most canon cameras you can remove the viewing lens and replace it. Some just snap off and some have a rubber outer piece that you can pull off and 2 philips screws to remove the hard plastic piece and glass. you can get a new one cheap off amazon.

When you turn the camerea on the lense doesn't move and the camera shuts off after about 2 seconds

If the camera has recently been dropped you may have lens damage that is preventing it from powering up. If it hasn't been dropped your problem may be due to weak/worn out batteries or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and place them back in the camera and give them a full charge (assuming that you are using rechargeable batteries. This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, your batteries may need to be replaced or the camera may have a problem that requires professional repair.

My fugi camerea is saying zoom error..any idea on what this means

This means your zoom mechanism has jammed and will need to be stripped down and reset if it doesn't clear itself. some times it will clear all by it's self but depends on what is causing the problem.
I have just repaired the exact same thing on my S1000fd and it took several hours. The zoom lens had been pushed in and had jammed.
Unless you have knowledge of digital lenses I wouldn't recomend trying to fix this your self as the layout inside this model means you have to stip every thing out to get at it.

My son dropped my Nikon D40x, cracking a piece of the lens inside. It seem like a clean break; how can I fix it?

First, try it. If it still works, you're in luck. If not, well !!! Once a lens is broken, there isn't much that you can do, except replace it. Camera lenses are compound lenses, except on the smaller cameras. Compound lenses are stacked and glued sets of lenses, with specific distances between sets. If it is an expensive lens, get an estimete for a repair price. It might be cheaper to just replace it.

Won't turn on

How "fresh" are the batteries. Quite often they are weak, right out of the package. We revive a lot of "dead" cameras with Energizer Lithium AA batteries. Many cameras that people are ready to write-off, are resurrected with the Energizer Lithiums. I also think that battery manufacturers are not putting as much "juice" in them as they used to.

Fuji finepix lenses

See my other post ref long/wide angle lenses.

Just check out ebay - look for fuji convertor lenses, a pair of basic Raynox long and wide angle lenses are about £100 although you can buy higher spec ones for significantly more. With Jessops going through hard times they tend to put these in their junk/clearance bins - I got my wide angle for £1.39 after waiting for about 3 weeks for it to drop in price. Check out when they are closing or clearing stock. Guess all high st retailers will be in the same boat wherever you are based at the moment so willing to sell-off slow moving stock.
