i cant transfer nor replace tracks in my walkman caused by pc crashing while tranferring tracks.

This happens a lot of times when a pc crashes in the middle of something. Sometimes the device that was attached at the time has "corrupt" files after being involved in a pc crash!. You will need to download your software again or go to the manufacturer's website and get the software there.
