Question about Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 Web Cam
Just installed Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 at home on our Sony VAIO desktop computer. My daughter in college Skypes on her new Toshiba Laptop with its built in camera and mic. She successfully Skypes with others. We tried to connect through Skype. I am able to pass all of the tests for the Logitech, however during communication with my daughter, we can see and hear my daughter, but she can only hear us and not see us. When I go back to the Logitech utilities I can see myself on the screen. Is there a setting I need to adjust on either side of the communication?
The advantage of having a logitech webcam is the support you have.
I just launched my logitech toolbar and clicked on the lowest panel to see what help you have with your webcam in Skype - check this out
Also there is a good logitech forum from other users as logitech tends to have teflon shoulders when it comes to chat programs

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
