Try giving the console a rest. Power it off and let it rest for a day.

Try this as it will restore the DS to factory settings.

Remove the battery cover off the back of the unit. (One small Philips screw.)

Remove the battery.

Leave the system without the battery for 10-15 minutes.

Replace the battery.

Re-install the battery cover.

Did you mean action replay. if you did what it does is hacks your game and when you do you could potentially ruin your game or in a rare case you DS so that could be why.

I slamed my nintendo ds lite then it started freezing

This means that there is a connection fault between the screen and the motheroard which stop the information reaching the screen. May want to get a replacement.Hope this helps you. If it does could you please rate me.

DS lite freezes during game play

their are 3 solutions but i cant asure that it will work
1. maybe when they play ds games like pac n roll the ds cardejects for some reason so sulution 1 is put tape ontop of the ds gamecard slot while their playin a ds game
2 maybe when they play a gba game the game pak is being hit by their chests or bellies so the card is moving a bit and the game freezes so put a big distance between the ds and the chest or belly
3. dont wiggle the ds alot and do you drop it often because if it is dropt often the ds will freeze often

My ar is broken!

IF it freezes the instant the DS swiches on, then your Action Replay is Bricked.

Don't worry though, there is a way to Unbrick it. You'll need a flashcard and a pc with internet.

Nintendo ds lite screen keeps freezing part way through playing a game. Any suggestions as to why?

Try turning the console off and wait for a few days, and turn it back on to try again.
