My MP3 player will not allow me to play songs from it directly, Yet when I plug it in to a USB port a menu pops up with songs. Once I take the MP3 player out of the USB port the songs disappear. My MP3 player will not play songs unless it is done from the computer. My function buttons are not working, any suggestions. I have installed the software and everything checks out. I am getting songs to the player in the memory, they just will not play through the MP3
