Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
I have emachines speakers and a computer called wintergreen I think made by emachines. I was told that the drivers need to be installed for the speakers. What can I do?
Try plugging 3rd party speaker available in market, Speakers like logitech or labtech, but put the speaker input in Computer's Green Color Sound Jack
& also ur sound drivers should be installed properly.

Click on start at the bottom of the screen then scroll up to my computer right click it thenscroll down to properties click it then click hardware then device manager, then there should be a yellow question mark beside the drivers that need installed just right click the driver and click update then follow the instructions from there, try that

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check
the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer
