The circuit powering the fuse is defective, that is the reason for fuse blowing.
If the fuse is the one on the power board, test the capacitors on power board, if they are ok , then replace the power board.
Also get the user manual and follow the diagrams to troubleshoot the problem and test the tv.

your bulb has reached the end of its life (at least this is what your tv thinks) you need to replace the bulb and or make the think you did. (there is a reset in the service menu for the bulb)
